Let yourself be enchanted in Ascona by the romantic alleys, the piazza or in one of the many grottoes. Our sunny 3.5 room flat with 2 balconies is located on the top, 3rd floor, and is easily accessible by lift. The open and bright living area with closable fireplace spreads a special feel-good atmosphere. Hobby cooks will be delighted with the new kitchen with V-Zug appliances. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. One room has a double bed and another room has two single beds. A cot, a high chair and a changing table are available if required. On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the southern "dolce faniente". The flat is close to the golf course with its beautiful pine forest. The Lido and the marina are only a few minutes' walk away. The tennis centre is only about 300 m away and the old town and piazza are about 20 minutes away on foot. Enjoy Ascona and the neighbouring valleys. An ideal starting point for beautiful hikes.

The flat is opposite the golf course with its beautiful pine forest. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the marina and 20-25 minutes to the centre. The tennis centre is only about 300 m away. Enjoy the southern ambience of Ascona, stroll through the cosy alleys with the many boutiques. Crown the day with a glass of Merlot on the piazza directly on the lake or let yourself be enchanted in one of the many grottoes.
