Those arriving by car will find a reserved, covered car park with access to the house. A lift leads to the Casa del Nibbio's ‘living landscape’, which was architecturally outstanding when it was built. Thanks to its ideal location and cosy atmosphere, the elevated flat on the slope guarantees the right feel-good factor for relaxing and unwinding. Whether it's breakfast on the sunny balcony in the Ticino weather or a glass of wine at the kitchen bar, which blends seamlessly into the flat, the flat offers plenty of opportunities for enjoyment. Clever room planning provides enough space and storage for 2 people. For example, the two full-size foldaway beds can be folded in and out individually and very easily. There is an optional sleeping alcove in the adjoining room (sofa bed - 120x190) for a third person, ideally a child up to 14 years of age.
