About Us

FEWOascona Sagl, based in Ascona, was founded in April 2018 by Karin Aemmer and Beatrice Blaser. Real estate trustee Stefano Lappe has also been part of our team since 2023.

Karin Aemmer has more than twenty years of experience in renting holiday apartments and brings correspondingly extensive expertise.

FEWOascona's goal is to provide its holiday guests with suitable and comfortable accommodation for their stay in Ticino, while offering first-class service.

Other activities of FEWOascona Sagl include building maintenance and management, as well as the care and cleaning of private and holiday homes or apartments.

The team also includes a trained gardener, which is why garden maintenance and gardening services are also offered.
